Eureka 7

Gooday my good people, hope you guys are doing well.

Today I would like to review an anime that is very near and dear to me called Eureka 7.

It is one of the very first anime I ever watched and is one of the reasons I choose to fall in love with anime and manga in general and before I get into this review I highly recommend it to all anime lovers out there or even first time watchers of Japanese anime who really want to see what all the fuss is all about.

 Plot

Okay one more thing before I get into this.

 The anime follows some kid named Renton Thurston who thinks his whole purpose for living is joining the renegade group Gekkostate. Now there is one thing you should know about Renton before you watch the show, he is the most fucking annoying main character in the whole of anime and I’ve been watching anime for a long time now and I can tell you Renton takes the cake. There is just something about him that will crawl under your skin and make you want to personally beat the living hell out of him, but at the same time when someone else does it you kind of feel sorry for the kid. It really just boils down to a love hate relationship.

So the group is led by his idol Holland Novak, a legendary lifter.

                                            His wish the come true when COINCIDENTLY…

 “A large mechanical robot, called the Nirvash typeZERO, and Eureka, its pilot and a member of Gekkostate, crash into Renton's room. Renton's grandfather orders him to deliver a special part to the Nirvash called the "Amita Drive", which releases the immense power dormant within the typeZERO called the "Seven Swell Phenomenon". Afterwards, Renton is invited to join Gekkostate, where he quickly discovers that the behind-the-scenes life of Gekkostate is hardly as glamorous or as interesting as printed in the glossy pages of their magazine, ray=out. Only one thing makes it all worthwhile for him: the presence of Eureka, the mysterious pilot of the Nirvash. Renton, Eureka, and the Gekkostate embark on an adventure that will shape their future as well as the worlds. “       

Now the plot itself is really good and I think the story and anime as a whole was well put together by the good people at Bones Studio.

But I’ve got a few issues 

1.       Renton ( I have explained why if you have been reading at all)

2.       There are characters who are there that have little or no character development, normally I would be cool with it except in this show its most of the main characters. It’s like they expect us just to know where these people come from e.g (Gidget, Moondoggie, Woz … ect)                             hell I even had a hard time trying to figure where Eureka came from

3.       Most things are just confusing and left unexplained if it’s not the Scub Coral its depression I just don’t want to give too much away, and if it’s not those it’s the Trapar waves and lifting, Human-form Coralians or even the seven swell. The advice I can give you is try not to make sense of everything in this anime just accept.

Next is the Children, okay in this anime Renton is not the most irritating charters Eureka’s children are. They are so annoying that I was so disappointed they did not die during the course of this anime it would have been a much better story without them and frankly maybe Renton would’ve gotten some ass earlier on in the series.

Conclusion

Like I said earlier on I really do recommend this anime to basically everyone who can watch it, the season is a bit lengthy but once you get through the first few episode you will be hooked and keep coming back for more.

As far as romantic Action genre in anime I stand to be corrected but his is the best, hell this has the best romance I’ve ever seen in any anime and once again I stand to be corrected.

I mean this I an environmentally friendly kind of anime and humanitarian (keep in mind when something has those two words in on it, it’s usually on a Garbage disposal bin or it is shit) but it does it so effortlessly and keeping the story cool at the same time.

I really enjoyed the music, it changed for different genres; from pop to house to electro, rock and even classic it was just spectacular I even enjoyed the opening and endings of the different seasons ( I guess you can call them that ) in the one season overall.

Anime picture is really good for its time and you won’t feel tired by the lack of artwork.

Sword art Online =.Hack//sign RIP OFF Part 3

1      Schooling

Good day friends, people, visitors and haters alike today I am going to discuss something that I find disturbing around the subject of SAO.

If you read my previous blog on why I and many other (sane) people believe sword art online is cheesy, useless and the main point is that IT IS NOT ORIGINAL you will find that I got a lot of hate mail from fan boys accusing me of a lot of things that really cut me deep and made me believe I was the only one that disliked anime that steal material from other shows.

Now do not get me wrong I have no problem with using just a hint of their material and subtly using it to the benefit of the show, for example I will use fairy tail. Although I personally find this anime distasteful “for reasons mentioned in my post about it” I would go so far as to say the righters did a brilliant job in Inspiring it of Naruto yet they masterfully added their own flavor to the equation

which is probably the reason no one has complained about them biting other peoples material as of yet, in that regard this anime was good and I did explain this in my blog too that I did enjoy the first 20 or so episodes of fairy tail and I thought they did a brilliant job with starting it of but somewhere along the line they lost it all, that just show me most of you don’t read you just read the title.

Now firstly if you create something E.g. a movie, an anime based on the original source of material. You are supposed to state it somewhere in your description of the ‘duplicate otherwise it becomes plagiarism/rip-off which SAO did not mention at all.

Reki Kawahara     The creator of the series has no concept of originality what so ever in fact his only other anime Accel is just another spin off of Sword art online.

2.1    plots

Let’s take the two plots shall we …

Sword art online – Kirito is stuck in a virtual reality with 1000 other players, he needs to find a way for them to all get out, He is initially depicted as a cynical loner who tends to avoid others as much as possible, but his character development shows him growing to realize there are people who care about him. He then falls in love with a girl named Asuna, a female player who is the leader of the Knights of the Blood, a player organization designed to fight injustice (NPC and player killing) in The World. Most of the time Subaru is the only character preventing the Knights of the Blood from running wild; she knows that they must be restrained from abusing their power. and they both vow to leave the game so they can see each other in real life.

.hack//sign- Tsukasa is stuck in a virtual reality with no means to escape, he needs to find a way for himself to logout, He is initially depicted as a cynical loner who tends to avoid others as much as possible, but his character development shows him growing to realize there are people who care about him. He then falls in love with a girl named Subaru, a female player introduced as the leader of the Crimson Knights, a player organization designed to fight injustice (NPC and player killing) in The World. Most of the time Subaru is the only character preventing the Crimson Knights from running wild; she knows that they must be restrained from abusing their power. And they both vow to leave the game so they can see each other in real life.

I think I CAN END MY REVIEW RIGHT THERE. SAO IS AN UTTER RIP OFF, I cannot understand why people try fight it, it does not make sense since it isn’t even that good and it owes most of its homage to .HACK//SIGN and other anime that came way before it.

The difference in those movies and anime series is that they had different concepts storylines and the plot was not completely ripped off and Digimon had a copyright violation against them.

You know I love the quote that states

“There is fine subjective line between homage and rip-off. The old joke is that homage is when you copy someone else; a rip-off is when someone else copies you. But to me, it’s about the difference between drawing inspiration to create something new, versus slavishly copying to create something derivative. That’s the difference between great artists stealing and bad artists copying.”

In my opinion it was a good blatant copy. It is the only anime which is so obvious.

But then again in the words(or flash) of Tristan Arkada  from Glass Reflection Subtly put, this anime is shit. 

Fairytail Aka overrated S#@t

Let face it guys this anime sucks ass, but  I must confess though it did manage to surprise me in being not only worse than Naruto but match it in boring filler that is so unnecessary and then to make it worse they have got this boring catch phrase they keep using ( e.g you know how they keep saying "winters coming" in the game of thrones?) in fairy tail it is "The power of friends" ... I kid you not.

THIS trash does not deserve to be called an anime to be honest with you it should be aired on Nickelodeon  and called a cartoon #avatarlastairbender. And to make matters worse this show started of really well in fact it started of perfect with Natsu on a mission to find a dragon, kicking ass and taking no prisoners and then along the way it just became .... whats that word ? GAY.








PLOT:
Okay the plot follows Natsu as he Partakes on a quest.... Damn what am i saying this thing has no plot and I am damn serious it has no main characters, no plot, no structure, NO DIRECTION, and no head and ironically no tail.
 

CHARACTERS:

To be honest with you there are to many useless characters in this anime and maybe that is the problem I stand corrected but I believe this anime has the most characters than any other anime, Characters in this anime are like Pokemon they just keep popping up and have zero character development, unless they are Natsu who basically has a NEGATIVE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT never thought it was possible but yes fairy tail has surprised me again in this respect. lets go over some of the characters

• Natsu - negative character development and gets weaker with every episode #castrated  
• Lucy- Stupid bitch
• Happy- Probably the best character in this anime 
• Gray- Sasuke look alike 
• Erza- no comment
• Gajeel and Juvia- now these two should've died, I actually loved these two charters because they were real until the writers made the stupid . I just have no words 

Rating = shit 

Music = Good

Animation quality = average

the only thing Fairy tail is good for is

DEADMAN WONDERLAND

                            ITS MISSING SOMETHING YET ...

Every now and then an anime comes along that really captures the imagination and ends up leaving you wanting.




I believe Deadman wonderland is on of those anime series and will leave you wanting not just more but an explanation, an explanation as to why the even decided to torture us by releasing this anime and most of you will know what I am talking about when I say the ending sucks, not just because it is non existent because the ended it like they were going to continue the series. I am personally disgusted by the production team and everyone involved even in my self for taking time to sit down and watch it. I mean this anime is so gooooood yet they go and stop production please explain to me why Kōichirō Hatsumi why would you do such a thing ?

PLOT:

"Deadman Wonderland is about Ganta Igarashi being sentenced to death for a crime he didn't commit. He is sent to the privatly run prison Deadman Wonderland, where he meets his lost childhood friend,Shiro. He soon figures out he isn't like any normal prisoner, but that he's a Deadman, someone who has a Branch of Sin. This means he can control his blood freely. He is sent to G Ward and meets all the other Deadmen. They discover a plot set up by the Chief Warden Tamaki that has to do with the Red Man, the man who has framed Ganta into Deadman Wonderland. They decide to fight Tamaki and his underlings, the Undertakers and the Forgeries."

CHARACTERS:

Ganta Igarashi: For some reason unbeknownst to me this guy is the main character and what i find particularly funny about him is that he reminds me so much of "Renton Thurston" from Eureka 7.
They both have this irritating characteristic, both cry babies but at least Ganta is just an overall Renton (thank God) but then again its not surprising due to the fact that it is the same team and same writers from eureka 7.

Shiro    

Probably the weirdest girl in anime with a very colorful personality, Shiro kinda strikes me as an emo though and.... Idk how to explain her she seem like shes in her own world most of the time but yet she is easily the most liked character on the show which is very concerning since she is evil, and before you guys come down on me I mean look at this:

Which twisted basted would try a number on this girl ?


The rest of the characters are not worth mentioning because they die or are going to die anyway so it would be a waste of both you and my time


Overall I rate this anime 8/10 cause it sucked lol Partly because it wasn't finished. 

Highly recommend you watch it to so you can understand my situation.

Hello everyone, I am back and today I will be reviewing one of my all time favorite anime and before I do that and get into what was right and wrong with the anime I would like to talk a little about the music bar on the top of the page. 

Please feel free to listen to my top ten all time anime tracks and I would appreciate your feedback on that. Oh!!! and the blog site as well I take all criticism and try to fix anything you don't like. 

Now to get into the reason why you and I are here which is by coincidence or otherwise Death Note.

PLOT
This is a story about Light Yagami who happens to be a bright student who stumbles across a mystical notebook that has the power to kill any person whose name he writes in it. Light decides to launch a secret crusade to rid the streets of criminals. Soon, the student-turned-vigilante finds himself pursued by a famous FBI criminal profiler known only by the alias L.

So the anime was overall well put together, but then again what do you expect from a director like  Tetsuro Araki and Madhouse studio respectably who I think is on of the best directors of our time but lets not lie guys the ending kind of sucked in fact this anime started going downhill as soon as (spoiler alert) L dies, Light starts going insane and they introduce Mellow who has no use at all in this story and who's whole character comes down to filler. I mean they should have just kept going with L or at the very least after L dies just kept  Near but overall the story is Enjoyably. 

Animation And Music 

The animation overall is decent and with a use of dark colors (well its Madhouse studio) brings out the feel of Life and death and well it kind of feels like you in a catholic church, a very interesting one, with no child molestation but maybe its because its kinda old now but it really didn't have any attention to detail and wasn't all that eye catching which brings me back to my first point  Tetsuro Araki is a Genius who can practically turn water to wine I mean the plot alone makes you forget about all its flaws and focus on the mind games and suspense without any action at all.

Oh an the Music is just average :-o, you see what I mean.

But on the other hand it made everything look epic for e.g 

Now that is on point!!!!!!!

overall I rate this anime 8/10 or at least a must watch in my books.
